Pour L'amour du Fil, Nantes, France 2023

The 14th edition of The "Pour l'Amour du Fil" show is the meeting place for enthusiasts of textile and fibre art - Patchwork, Sewing, Embroidery, Deco, Knitting.

Entry fee is 12 Euros.

Exhibition

The country in focus this year is The Netherlands.

"The Netherlands from every angle" will include Dutch Antique Quilts, Modern Quilt Guild. The other participants in the exhibition are SAQA, Galla and other artists. Do check out the updated list of exhibitions here. 

The textile contest is inspired by Netherlands and the poem by Michel Legrand,  "Tous les Moulins de mon coeur". (All the Windmills of my Heart). . The participant can  make diverse and varied works combining techniques and styles.

Learning

Classes will include  46 workshops including 15 in quilting and patchwork. 

Class fee starts from 20 euros . Kit charges will be extra.

Special Section - The corner

Created to showcase creators and designers from all horizons, these corners are organized around the themes of embroidery, wool, or various techniques such as punch needle or canvas

The program for 2023 will have technique demonstrations, knowledge sharing, product presentations.
