About the Event
Entry:
1-Day fee is at $12.00 for members and $15.00 for non-members. A one time processing fee of $5 per person will be charged for all.
Children 12 and under who are accompanied by an adult will have free entry
Exhibition: Exhibits will be the quilts from the contest which is expected to bring in quiltmakers from around the world. Quilters will vie for $54,000 in cash awards, with the Best of Show receiving $10,000. Quilts are expected to range from traditional designs that everyone knows, like Lone Star and Log Cabin, to Modern and Art quilts that reach outside the box with new designs and techniques. Categories include large quilts(long arm and domestic machines, hand quilting, wall quilts- large) and small(longarm & domestic,hand quilting ), miniature quilts which are 2 feet or lesser.
